JHE Inglewood County Council has duly made a Special Order, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 21 (1) of the ‘Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” resolving that the payment of interest, principal sum repayments, and other charges on the Inglewood County Council Antecedent Liability Loan of £5OOO (1922) b\? made from the Inglewood County Fund Account. A duly certified copy of the above Special Order is open -for inspection at the Council Offices, Inglewood, up to 2 p.m. on the 6th day of. NOTICE OF ROLL OF ELECTORS. to section 44 of “The Counties Act, 1920,” public notice is hereby given that the Rolls of County Electors for the various Ridings of the County of Inglewood are open for inspection at the following places:— North Riding: Mr. J. Hunter’s Residence, Waitui. (Also the Store, Kaimata). South Riding: The Store, Kaimata, and Mr. Loveridge’s Store, Tariki. East Riding: The Store, Tarata. West Riding: The Store, Egmont Village, and Mr. Newell’s Store, Tariki. The four roils will also be at the Council’s Office, Inglewood, where they may be inspected without fee by all persons in terested therein, between the hours of 10 a m. and 4 p.m. until the fifteenth day of February, |1923. Any person who considers h'mself aggrieved by reason that:— » (a) Any person whose name is on the said roll in respect of any qualification does not possess that qualification ; or . (b) Any person whose name is not on the said Roll, possesses the neces sary qualification, and is entitled to have his name enrolled; or (c) The number of votes allotted to any person is greater or less than that to which he is entitled; May lodge an objection in writing with the Council at its Offices, Inglewood, on or before 4 p.m. on the 22nd day of February, 1923.
