Tn the House of Commons, Mr. Chamberlain moved that the Speaker issue a warrant to the governor of Wormwood. Scrubs prison to bring Bottomley to the House on Tuesday if Bottomley de-sires.—Aus.-N.Z. The expulsion of Bottomley as a member of the House of Commons follows on his conviction for a criminal offence, but he has the right to speak at the bar of the House when the expulsion proceedings are taken.
