The military have arrested four members of the Zaghlulist faction for the secret publication of a seditious and violent manifesto regarding Zaghlul’s health. The document bitterly denounces the British and Egyptian Governments, accusing them of violation of the laws of humanity, and concludes with a direct incitement to mutiny and riot.—Aus.-N-Z.
