THE WOOL MARKET. GOOD LONDON SALE. Received June 12, 5.5 p.m. London, June 10. At the B.A.W.R.A. wool sale full late rates were obtained. There was good competition, mainly German, for merinos. Yorkshire and the Continent ■ were both active for crossbreds. Practically the whole catalogue was sold. The committee M the Colonial Wool Merchants’ Association has adopted a resolution declaring that the interests of Australian growers and the trade between Australia and England would be best served by recognition that the first consideration should be the realization of the current clip each year, and, subject to that realisation, as large a quantity of B.A.W.R.A. wool as the market is‘able to absorb ought to be offered. The committee thinks the quantities offered in August and September should contain a larger proportion of the new clip than hitherto provided.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. LONDON SHARE MARKET.
