THE ADMISSION OF GERMANY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, June 9. The International Association of the League of Nations has decided to admit Germany when she .has fulfilled the conditions of Article 1 of the Treaty of Versailles. Geneva advices state that, in deference to the prevalent feeling that the appointment of M. Venizelos as Secre-tary-General of the General Federation of the League of Nations Unions might be regarded as a political move, the Congress elected Professor Ruyssen to the position.
