Mr. Wills has been milking on this farm for 30 years, and has never had a sale before, and as we have inspected the cows, we have no hesitation in stating that the herd is a credit to any man, the cows being, with the exception of a few Jersey Holsteins, all beautiful types of the grade Jersey, and in addition are all in good condition and young. Macdonald — All that parcel of land, containing 768 acres 2 roods, more or less, situated 10 miles from Hawera on the Tongahoe Valley Road, Ararata, being Part Section 2, Lot 4, Hawera Survey District. On the property is a small house and woolshed, also telephone con nected with the Hawera Exchange. The property is well sub-divided, well watered and is free from noxious weeds; a large portion is ploughable, while the whole, is good grazing country.
