SUPREME COURT.
NAPIER SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association \ ’ Napier, June 9. George Dunn, alias George Burt, was found guilty of the manslaughter of ■Marion Baird, aged 71, at Hastings on April 22. Evidence disclosed that Dunn accompanied the lady home, dragged her into the garden, and raped her. In the struggle she succumbed to heart failure. Sentence will be passed tomorrow.
