Present indications are for variable breezes, moderate to strong south-east to north-east prevailing northwards of East Cape and Kawhia, and northerlies and westerlies elsewhere. Expect dull and misty weather generally, unsettled at times and with scattered rainfall. The bavometer is unsteady and is falling temporarily.
