VICTIMS MOSTLY OFFICERS CRIMES BY COLD-BLOODED ASSASSINS i " A series of shocking cold-blooded murders occurred in Dublin On Sunday morning, when twelve officers an& two civilians were killed, and three officers and one civilian were wounded by Sinn Fein murder gangs. r. Never since the 1916 rising was Dublin-so filled with horror and consternation. Seven dwellings were visited, with one or more murders in every case, while one of the leading hotels in Dublin was rafifed, and more murders were committed there. A graphic account of the murders reveals that the crimes were the Work of assassins of a particularly cool and desperate type. One report says only one assassin was captured, but other jnessages suggest that three or four of the murderers were arrested.
