Hft intended to introduce a Bill dealing- wftfc \ seeds, but there-had been difficulty in getting the Bill drafted. The nieasurt would require very careful drafting if it i was! to effect the desired reforms Without causing hardship and ill-feeling. If he was not able to introduce the Bill during the present session, the fault would not be the Government'*. Hit promise to bring forward the Bill would be kept at as early a date as possible.
