A burglarious entry was made at Auckland the other night into 'the office of the Fletcher Steel Construction Works. A small safe was removed to a vacant section adjacent, and there blown up with gelignite. The noise made was so loud that it was heard by constables on the heat in Karangahape road. The. door of the safe was torn completely off and carried some distance.
