Colonel Henly, an expert, has returned to America after a tour ,of Germany, where he reports there are huge aircraft enterprises obviously military, including hydrogen apparatus with a capacity for charging twenty of the largest Zeppelins daily. The Times, in a leader, points out that this is in direct contravention to Article 201. of the Treaty— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
