ENDORSED BY MINERS' UNION. By Telegraph.—Prese Association. Wellington, March 11. All the miners' unions, with the en« ception of Blackball, have practically unanimously endorsed the recent agreement between the mine-owners and tlie Miners' Federation, , It is understood that the Blackball miners are prepared to abide by tin decision of the majority.
