COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICES. COUNTY OF TARANAKL WAIRAU-SURREY HILL ROAD SPECIAL RATING AREA. SPECIAL ORDER. TN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 16 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Wairau-Surrey Hill Road Special Rating Area in the Taranaki County hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers of the Special Rating Area, the capital values of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said County is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the Ratepayers who did not consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: For the purpose of joining and metalling the Wairau and Surrey Hill Roads, the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Loan of £350 at four and a-half per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six years and a half, and declares that the cost of raising the said Loan and the first year's interest on the Loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised. SPECIAL RATING AREA. Sections 153, 52, 59, 00, 65, 66, 67, 68, Block 2, Wairau Survey District; 50, 31, 38, 61, 32, 42, 43, Block 2 Wairau and 3 Cape Survey District; 41 and 51, Block 1, Egmont Survey District.
