MANAWATU SHOW.
In connection with show matters, the | keystone to success is advancement, and advancement is best achieved by close attention to the wants of exhibitors. The Mannwatu and West Coast A. and P. Association is making rapid progress in that direction, and the schedule just issued contains close on fifty new clauses, which have been inserted this year to swell the already comprehensive spring show programme. The fact has not been forgotten that due reward must he meted out to successful exhibitors, and in that connection the prize money shows an increase of over £l5O. There are also several new special donations and trophies, amounting, in all, to £275. The Manawatu Kennel Club has also an attractive schedule. Romney breeders are already keenly interested in the separate division allotted to sheep exxhibited in the natural condition; any indication of wool trimming, artificial coloring, or oiling will disqualify. The show will be held on November 5, 6, and 7.
