PEDIGREE PRUSSIANS. Oh Friday next at Corbett Road, Bell Block, the dispersal sale of the late William James' pedigree Frlesians will be conducted by Mr. Newton Ktog. An outstanding feature of this sale is the abundance of the blood of the late champion bull, "King Fayne Scgls II." The late Mr. James was a great admirer of him, and when he Was secured by Messrs Clifford Bros, he went to the trouble to get his services for some it his best cows, and he has therefore left a few young stock which must surely be eagerly enquired for at the sale. "King Fayne SegiS ft." himself is a grandson of Grand Fayne n. Homestead, with a record of 36.551bs butterfatin seven days, and the dam with a.record of 231bs butter fat. The late Mr. James always considered that King Fayne Segis 11. was the best bull he ever Saw in Mb life. Amongst the cows to be sold are "Segis Galatea" (purchased by MT; James at Mr. Newton King's sale Tor 195 gns.), "Fayne Segis Belle in. (100 gns.) and "Nasi! Fayne Segis" (105gns.), and needless to say that with quality such as this represented it is anticipated that there will be a big attendance at the Corbett Road farm on Friday next. Cars will leave Kaponga, Hawera and Stratford on the morning of the sale and buyers who wish seats reserved for them are requested to communicate with the manager at i each of these places.
