Bela Kun's Government has decreed the mobilisation of half the Hungarian population for defence against the Czechs, Roumanians, and Jugo-Slave.— Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. FALL OF .THE GOVERNMENT. Received May 2, 11.30 p.m. London, May 1. Vienna reports state that the Budapest Government has fallen. Several Ministers have fled.
