BRITISH POSITION STRONG, BOLSHEVIKS CAN BE BROKEN. Received May 3, 12.30 a-m. Holsingfors, May 1. The Allied position at Archangel is strong. Anxiety is unwarranted. The Mnrinan position is as firm as a rook. The British Governor of Archangel believes that with the reinforcements now en route a decision will be forced this summer.
