THE BLACKBALL MINERS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Greymouth, Last Niglit. I The Blackball miners, at last night's meeting, decided to resume work to-day and to refer the matters in dispute to the local disputes tribunal. Accordingly the "go slow" tactics were conspicuous to-day by their absence, and the output of coal was up to normal. The disputes tribunal, representing the management and miners, meets probably on Tuesday to adjudicate on the miners' "fourteen pointß," whereon the grievances ere iased.
