LABOR AND MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS. Wellington, Last Night.. At a meeting of the Labor Representation Committee last night it was decided to run the whole "ticket" for the City Council. This decision has created a great, deal of interest, for it is the first, occasion that labor has' decided to go so far. The Committee has not yew decided whether a Labor man sliall eontest the Mayoralty, but it is considered quite likely that Labor will be represented in the contest. DRIVERS DECIDE ON A BOYCOTT. Auckland, Last Night. At a stop work meeting of the Auckland Drivers' Union to-day it waß resolved to introduce the boycott system on firms taking an active part at the recent Wellington conference opposing the grantng of what the Union considered as reasoftblc conditions of employment; also to ask the watersiders and railwayracn to refuse to handle any goods of transport going through t!ie.--e firms- The Union also resolve* that, fn future, the drivers shall not attend before 8 a.m.. and shall return to the stable in time to leave at 5 p.m.
