THE EX-KAISER.
A POPULAR PROPAGANDA. LAUNCHED IN GERMANY. Received Feb. 6, 2.20 p.m. Amsterdam, Feb. 4. A great popular propaganda has been launched, Germany to Bave the Kaiser. Societies have been formed to prevent tlw Kaiser being handed over to the Allies, and to force the Government to protect him as it protects any other German citizen. Prince Eitel has written to Herr Ebert a long letter demanding the Government's assistance. Messages from Amerongen state the Kaiser's health is again causing anxiety. His nervousness is increasing daily. Most of his personal attendants have returned to Germany. The Kaiser refuses to be attended by Count Bentinck's servantsHe looks careworn and old owing to the growing of his beard.—Aus. °N.Z. Cable Assoc.
