SINISTER DEVELOPMENTS. FEJNIANS N COMPLETE CONTROL. v ' : Dublin, Feb, 3. Sinister developments threaten Ireland where action is imminent by both the j political and industrial ranks in the Re-' publican movement. The battle cries raised will he for the release of the Sinn prisoners and a 40-hour week, which will probably prove a rallying ground for three-quarters of the population. The Sinn Fein executive until Friday night had the best possible reason to believe that the prisoners, of whom 30 out of 00 are members of Parliament, would he immediately liberated. It is now known that there is little prospect of their liberation, accordingly the Sinn Fein executive will go ahead with plans matured weeks ago. The Fenian section of Sinn Fein ha* now complete control, while the extreme Bolsheviks entirely, control the Labor side.
