ARMISTICE
WITHDRAWAL FROM HUNGARY. NOTICE TO CZECHO-SLOVAICS. Received Feb. 2, 5.5 p.m. Vienna, Jan. 30. The French mission at Budapest has urged the Czecho-Slovaks, Jugo-Slavs, and Roumanians to comply with the armistice and withdraw from Hungary.
