PUBLIC NOTICES. BOROUGH OF NEW PLYMOUTH. SPECIAL LOAN OP £IO,OOO. Council of the Borough of New Plymouth hereby gives public notice that it proposes to borrow by way of Special Loan the sum of £IO,OOO. The particular purpose for which the loan is required is: TO form Streets and Footways, and generally to improve the streets and footways, in the Borough. Tlie sum to be borrowed for s\ich purposes is £IO,OOO, at a rate of interest not exceeding £5 10s per centum per annum with a sinking fund of one and a half per centum additional. The proposed security for the said loan of £IO,OOO and the interest and sinking fund thereon is an annually recurring special rate of Twopence in the '•'£ on . the annual value of all rateable property in the said Borough, and it is proposed to repay the said loan on the Ist day of October 1925.
