(From Our Gwn Correspondent.) At the S.M. Court on Thursday, before Mr A. Crooke, S.M., the adjourned case, J. Ritson v. J. F. Shepherd was concluded. The claim was for rcr.t, the plaintiff being under the impression that he being owner of the premises and having leased iliem to Grove.' Bros., could re-enter before the expiry of the 1 lease. The case was dismissed.

A case of interest wau that of. Thorpe and Oallaghan (Mr .Rvan) f. Daniel O'Keefe (Mv Gow.) The plaintiffs (storekeepers) supplied defendant (shoemaker) with goods to the value of 13s. The goods were obtained bv O'Keefe's daughter and wife. O'Kes-fe's defence was that lie had warned tradesmen that hia wife was not to pledge his credit without his authority.
