E Uoote, editor of the newspaper Worker was charged with publishing an article likely to prejudice recruiting, and four other charges in the information were that defendant falied to submit to the censor the articles.published in the Worker. The hearing was adjourned till December 5, on the understanding that all the matter published in the Worker shall be submitted to the censor. Three summonses have been issued against J. H. Catts, a member.of the Federal House, under the War Precautions Act, in connection with a speech delivered at a public meeting.
