THE HUPMOBILE IN THE EAST AFRICAN CAMPAIGN. In the campaign • in German East Africa, the British used Hnpmobiles—also other cars. When the campaign ended the British Government sold at auction all surplus motor cars, but ordered that all Hnpmobiles should be retained in service. More than that, several hundred more Hnpmobiles have since been ordered for military use. This distinguished service of the Hupp in the gruelling work of African warfare is proof of this car's great stamina. What pleased the British Government in war work will certainly please New Zealand private owners. The new model is a beauty—and a worker. Wheel base is 110 inches and every essential and detail is included from electric lighting and starting to tools. Inspect a model. The price is reasonable. Catalogues are free.
