IOXSTANTIXE'S ALTERED ATTITUDE. Athens, Jan. 31. Tlie transfer of troops and munitions to the Peloponnesus continues ceaselessly. King Constantine has abandoned his previous hostility to the Entente, and is extending courtesies towards Ministers. He has instructed officials and the press to follow his example. The attitude is scrupulously correct. London, Jan. 31. The blockade of Greece will be raised oil February 4, if the undertakings arc carried out.
