FIGHTING CHOLERA. AUSTBIA'S great ally. Received Feb. 1, 5.45 p.m. ' Rome, Jan. 31. Most energetic scientific measures are being taken to overcame cholera, wherewith Austria has largely defended herself. Italian doctors have established a quarantine zone, with hospitals containing 120,000 beds, in addition 'to SOOO bed lazarets.
