SUPREME COURT.
NAPIER SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Yesterday. In the Supreme Court, William Marshall Lille, charged with discharging a gun with intent to do grievous bodily harm, was found guilty, with a strong recommendation to mercy. Mr. Justice Edwards ordered him to find two sureties of £25 each to keep the peace. Percy M'Quillian, a young man, was charged with indecent assault on a girl, aged five. The jury was unable to agree. This makes the third case in which the jury did not agree.
