GERMANY'S TERMS. NOT LIKELY TO BE CONSIDERED. - Received March 14, 9.15 p.m. Washington, March 14. It is authoritatively stated that Colonel House has submitted to President Wilson the following German peace terms:— r The return to Germany of her colonies; No indemnities on either side; Polish autonomy; The partition of Montenegro, Serbia, and Albania among Austria, Bulgaria, and Greece; Russian control of Persia; German evacuation of France and Belgium; England to he neither the gainer nor the loser, but that Turkey be freed from British influence.
