The shortage of oil, owing to the watersiders' refusal to handle cargo at award rates, is becoming serious. One firm has five vessels with four hundred thousand cases held up. LAND FOR RETURNED SOLDIERS. Received March 12, 5.5 p.m. Sydney, March 11. Already 4922 soldiers with agricultural experience, and 7280 inexperienced, of whom 833 have resources, have applied to take up land at the end of their military service. . f . , , 1 * : ' "''" REIMBURSEMENTS FOR CENSORED MESSAGES. Received March 12, 5.5 p.m. Melbourne, March 11.
