NEW RECRUITING SCHEME. ' HOW MEN WILL BE CALLED UP, ] By Telegraph.— Press Associatiof Wellington, Feb. I*. The new recruiting scheme makes provision for two methods of enlistnwnfc, the first class will be known as Category A, consisting of men who register for definite i enforcement draft, and the second, to be known as Category 8., v.hieu consists of men willing to come up at 14 days' notice as required. The scheme provides that when men are required fr»m Category B, to make good a deficiency in any particular draft, or te meet a sudden demand, 'they will lc called up by the Defence Department. The Recruiting Board has decided that the men. in Category B shall be called up in the following'order, as far as possible: First, single men without dependents; »econd, single men with dependents and married men without children; third, married men with two oiless children; fourth, widowers witk children; fifth, married men with two or mora children.
