JN PURSUANCE of and subject to the powers vested in it by "The Dog Registration Act, 1908," and the amendments thereto, the New Plymouth Borough Council hereby fixes the registration fee for each dog within the said Borough for the year ending 31st December, 1916 to be the sum of 10s or ss, if paid before the 31st March, 1916. Sheep and cattle dogs as described" in subsection c of section 8 of the above Apt 2s 6d, and the said Council hereby appoints the Town Hall, King Street, New Plymouth, to be the registration office at which dogs may be registered, and at which register books shall be kept, and appoints Benjamin Tippins to be registrar under the provisions of the said Act.
