THE ENEMY'S PRISONERS. AND GUNS CAPTURED. Received September 7, 11.25 p.m. Budapest, September 7. It is semi-officially stated that to the •end of July the Germans had taken <1,083,000 Russian prisoners, 250.000 -French, 20,000 British, and 40,000 Belgians; also 3820 guns and 2085 machineguns. The Austrians to the same, date had taken 551,000 Russians, 45,000 Serbians, 630 guns, and 800 machine-guns. It is estimated that the Austro-Germans in 'August took 200,000 prisoners and capI tured 1500 large guns and 300 machineguns,
