TRUTH IN TROUBLE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Yesterday. The Bank of New Zealand is proceeding against tho newspaper New Zealand Truth, of Wellington, for an alleged libel contained in criticisms of the bank's balance-sheet in its issue of June 19, claiming .CIOOO, and the bank is also claiming .-65000 for an alleged libel contained on the paper's poster advertising that issue. These are two distinct. actions.
