NBW ZEALAND CILAMPIOXSIHfIS. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association, j Auckland, Last Night. The New Zealand Golf Championship meeting was Continued to>-day in lino weather. There were some interesting games in fch e semi-finals of the Amateur and Profeaisional Tournaments. A. P. S. Duncan, of Wellington, and J. Harold, of Wanganui, arc left in the final contest of 36 holes for the Amateur Championship, and E. P. Douglas, of Wangaiiui, and A. McEwen, of Masterton, will play off Uie final of tiho Professional Match.
A medal handicap played to-day was won by E. R. Bloomfield, of Auckland. Results are as follows.—
AMATEUR OITAMrTONSHIP. Third Round. J. Harold (Wankanui) beat J. Coss (Wangiinui), 1 up at the 19th. J. V. Burns (Auckland) boat F. C. Fryer (Auckland), 5 and 4. S. Morpet'h (Waihi) beat W. B. Colbeck (Auckland), 3 and 2. A. D. S. Duncan (Welli-is*ton) beat F. G. Binneji (Auckland), fl and 4, 6EMT-FINAL. Duncan beat Morpeth, 2 up. Harold beat Burns, 2 up. PROFESSIONAL MATOH. SEMI-FINAL. E. 8. Douglas (Wnnganul) heat J. A. Clemen's (ChrisYelmrdi), 2 and 1. W. MaEvan, (Jlustm.m) biut J. McCormick (Wellington) 5 and 4.
