Times, in a leader, while disclaiming any desire to cause disquiet concerning the situation in the Near East, declares that fresh dangers are gathering. The Balkan States are arming and intriguing against their neighbors. problem threatens the good relations between Austria and Italy. The Turks ordered three Greek villages in the Troad to evacuate a hundred houses to make room for Moslem refugees from Macedonia.
