At the wool sales the following are prices realised for the fleece portions of the New Zealand clips named:—Leefield, top led, average 14 3-8 d; Marchburn, lCd and 15 3-8 d; Whiterock, liy 2 d and 10 7-8 d; Waiau, 12d and 10 5-8 d: Whare, lid and 10 l-4d; Pahana, l'id and 11 l-8d; Waihu, 13d and 10% d.
