A KI.'RUPEAX BOYCOTT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Washington, June 1!).. Mr. Bryan has appealed to the German Ambassador to induce Germans to participate in the Panama Exposition. Mr. Bryan is .apprehensive that European nations are likely to boycott the Exposition, because of a feeling of irritation over the question of the Panama Canal tolls, and also over the discrimination likely to be inserted in the new tariff legislation.
