DEFERRED PAYMENT LICENSES. Clias. Watehorn was granted a deferred payment license of sections 8 and !), blk. 3, Omona; without any special conditions as regards residence and improvements, these having been fulfilled under the lease. J. A. Carr's application to purchase sec. 52, blk. 4, Paritutu, on deferred payment, was approved,, license to include residence and improvement conditions , of the lease. . 'EXPENDITURE OF THIRDS. Fitzpatriek's application for sec. 1(14. blk. 4. Paritutu. was refused. ■ Valuation and subdivision of sections surveyed by Mr. Lysohs in blk. 10. Mapara, with a view to offering the land for selection on renewable lease conditions were approved, the Commissioner to arrange a suitable date (about the end of July) to ballot with other lands at Tauniarum-.i, consisting of a'&out 7000 acres. The Board then adjourn.*' till 2.30 this afternoon, when the laud ballot will be taken. A further meeting will lie held on Wednesday next at 10 a.m., for the purpose of examining applicants for land in the Tariki estate, near Stratford. It is anticipated that there will he quite a number of applications for this land.
