AUCKLAND DIVORCE SESSIONS. By Telegraph— Press Association. 1 Auckland, May 17. In the Supreme Court a decree nisi I was granted in the case of Mary Ann Kiutows v. Pierre Finch Burrows (New Plymouth), for desertion. Decrees nisi were also granted in the cases of Thos. Frederick Fletcher v. Esther Fletcher and John Waldon, and Josephine Chapman Briggs v. Michael ' Briggs, for desertion. j C H UIS'I ('IIURCH SESSIONS. .Christehurch, Last Xight. At Hie Supreme Court, Thomas Mc[Kinnon Collins was found not guilty of an alleged indecent act. Lester Herbert, fifteen years of age was acquitted of a charge of indecent assault. Cecil Smithciv found guilty of indecent assault, was severely warned by his Honorand in view of the special circumstances of the case he ordered him to come lip for sentence when called upon.
