The Pall Mall Gazette (Conservative) states that Mr. Fisher's Ministry has earned the commendation of Britain for devotion to Imperial unity, Imperial defence, and national service. Both partics command the confidence of Imperialists. The paper regrets the absence of Mr. Deakin's commanding personality.
