No armistice has been signed, but fighting at Chataldja lias been suspended for a few days, professedly to bury the dead; but it is generally considered that the last shots have been fired. Bulgaria is ready for peace,-- because she has -practically settled her border line with Turkey, and she objects to continue fighting for the benefit of the Servians and Greeks, while they are consolidating > theitvpccup'ation. A MONTENEGRIN LOAN. THE SIEGE OF SOUTARI. GREECE AND BULGARIA. Received 18, 10.30 p.m. London, April 18. 'The Ambassadors' Conference has ■ agreed to a thirty million francs loan to Montenegro. Vienna, April 18. The Allies have raised the blockade '■■W allow the Servians at Scutari to return, as snowdrifts made the Macedonian ■ roads impassable. King Nicholas thanked ' M.' Boyovitch for his brotherly help. He added that the Montenegrins would con- ' tinue the siege alone. Salonika, April 18. ■The Servians have moved a division to "Rewgeli. The Bulgarians are at ' Doran, and their outposts are only a ' few' kilometres apart. j Traffic on the Salonika-Debed railway has' been suspended, owing to differences» ' between the Greek and Bulgarian military authorities. The Greeks are demanding the right to guard the line, and • the Bulgarians are refusing it. Greece 'has concentrated 120,000 men at Salonika, arid are hastily fortifying it.
"THE AUSTRIAN SITUATION. INTERNAL DISSENSIONS. Received 18, 10.45 p.m. Belgrade, April 18. ■On the ground of its being inopportune, M. -Pasics has declined to reply to :the interpellation concerning the relations with Bulgaria. The Nationalists assailed the Premier, even threatening liis life. The Skuptschina adhered to the Premier's decision. The relations-with Bulgaria are daily growing worse. The newspapers are violently outspoken, despite the censorship.
