Mr. A. A. Kirkpatrick, Agent-General for 'South Australia, giving evidence be-
fore the Dominions Commission, explained fully the South Australian emigration system, and detailed .the arrangement's for domestic servants, which he claimed wore equal, if not superior, to .those of any country. He also gave particulars of "the doings of unscrupulous private emigration agents.
