In the doubles Doust and Parke beat Pritchatt and MaeGregor, 6—2, <s—2. THE SINGLES CHAMPIONSHIP. New York, August 11. Maurice McLoughlin retained the singles tennis championship, defeating E. N. Williams, 6—2, 6—2., 5—7, 4—o, o—4.
