Last month four men swore, over the tomb of Wardani Boutross, the assassin, to destroy their Nationalist enemies. One undertook to kill the Khedive, another Lord Kitchener, and a third the-Premier. The fourth volunteered to replace any who failed. Detectives shadowed the men and overheard the plot.
