The Russian press is lukewarm, but declares there is no reason for Britain and France to be disappointed with the result. THE OBJECT OF THE INTERVIEW. Received 5, 10.5 p.m. St. Petersburg, July 5. The Germany Royal yacht Hohenzollern, escorted by German warships and a division of Russian torpedo boats, was met by the Standart, the Russian Royal yacht. The Kaiser lunched and dined aboard the Standart. Paris, July 5. The chief anxiety over the meeting of the Czar and the Kaiser is as to whether the Kaiser will renew his former efforts to divert Russia from Europeann interests and involve her in an adventurous entanglement.
