SnrMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph— Presa Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Department published the following summary and forecast at 5 p.m.:—Summary. —Cloudiness has increased and northerly breezes have prevailed and freshened in mo9t parts 'of the Dominion. The barometer has fallen everywhere, especially in the south. Forecast.—Present indications are for a change to more unsettled weather generally, with rain following in most parts of the country, and a further fall in the barometer is probable, with strong northerly to westerly winds generally.
