THE CLAN OGILVIE.
ARRIVAL WITHOUT AID. By Telegraph—Press Association Wellington, Monday. The steamer Olan Ogilvie, reported disabled from Farewell Spit, made the harbor under her own steam at 7 p.m. yesterday. The vessel has her intermediate shaft bent. The Clan Ogilvie broke down about 400 miles off Farewell Spit. She declined assistance from the tug Terawhiti, coming into port under her own steam. From the time repairs had been made to the intermediate shaft she travelled at the rate of five knots aa hour.
